Hi, I’m Sara.
I am a holistic somatic therapist with a curiosity about life. I wear many hats in my approach to helping and healing because I understand that life is not so linear. I show up to each session with a balanced, compassionate, and authentic approach.
I get it. I know how important asking for help is. Whether it's therapy, coaching, Reiki, KAP, mindfulness, I'm here for you every step of your journey. I genuinely care about every one of my clients-and that includes you! I know firsthand that the services I offer work to empower, learn, heal, and grow.

I specialize in helping individuals (re)connect to whom they truly are. To heal all parts of themselves & feel empowered, confident through this human experience. I use an individualized holistic somatic approach to care as I support you through life transitions; healing pain or trauma; learning skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress.

I utilize Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, EMDR, KAP, and other modalities to help with nervous system regulation, support & embodiment. I will help you turn off the auto-pilot mode and tune into a more mindful, present version of you!

I am thrilled to announce that I am offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. KAP is a holisitic modality in which ketamine is prescribed in conjunction with psychotherapy. It is a safe, legal medication prescribed to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, and PTSD, It has rapidly acting antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects, which can begin to take effect within hours after treatment, and lasting for several weeks later. First things first, don't be nervous. Before scheduling a session, I offer a free 15-20 minute intro call with all potential new clients. This gives us the chance to get to know each other.
I’ll ask you about why you’re seeking services. I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach. You can ask me any questions that I didn’t cover.

Expect to practice mindfulness, embodiment, soothe anxiety, increase coping skills for depression, nervous system support for trauma.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Each week may be different, depending on your individual needs and the modalities we incorporate into sessions. Speciality sessions such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis & Integrative Healing Sessions are 75+ minutes in length.

Timelines are treatment are very much dependent on individual needs. Some clients notice progress in just a few sessions. Some clients choose to engage in long-term support and care. We always have the ability to learn, grow, and heal in our lives!
In the beginning, I recommend weekly sessions in order to build rapport and develop your goals for treatment. As time goes on and symptoms that brought you into therapy/coaching are reduced, we may decide to move sessions to biweekly or another frequency that is relevant to what's going on in your life at that time.
The most important thing to remember is that we are collaborating together. Some clients interchange therapy/coaching sessions with clinical hypnosis, Reiki, or the Integrative Healing Sessions.

Like most specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.
In some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment. I am completely transparent about my rates. You are investing in your health and wellness. As you put your trust in me, I want you to know that there are no secret or hidden fees.
50 minute Therapy or Embodiment Coaching Session: $155
75-90 minute Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing or Integrative Healing Session (or longer therapy/embodiment sessions): $200-235
50 minute Reiki session: $155
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Program: varies (see page for details)
MARI Mandala Assessment: $188
I accept Credit Card/HSA, Venmo, Zelle, and cash as acceptable forms of payment.

Yes, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me. If I’m unable to offer you a sliding scale spot, I’d be happy to offer referrals to trusted clinicians in the area.
